Renovations to Zuni Kiva
Kiva renovations are underway at Zuni! I am currently participating in the Wide Wall Kiva group's efforts to add more gathering space to one of the six Kivas at Zuni. This is an expensive undertaking and donations are very much appreciated! Donors' names will be engraved on a plaque and placed on a wall of the new Kiva.

Project Material Costs
To date, we have spent $3,064.94 on materials, excluding supplies for water lines and sewer lines.
  • 8/26/13 (water line hookup): $154.60
  • 9/9/13 (gravel, concrete, Styrofoam boards): $296.21
  • 9/13/13 (cement): $905.24
  • 9/16/13 (lumber): $878.69
  • 9/22/13 (roofing material from Home Depot): $467.86
  • 9/26/13 (3 windows from Home Depot): $324.00
  • 9/26/13 (roofing tar, staples, and roofing nails from Home Depot): $38.34
We used C & E Concrete in Gallup for the cement truck, gravel, concrete and aggregate.
